Refund policy

At Destiné Par Nature, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, natural
products made with care and integrity. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return any eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Custom-made or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at destineparnature@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Ensuring items are safely packaged for return 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. Your return item should reach us not later than 14 days after it has been approved.

Damages
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it properly. Although we take care to pack your orders, accidents can occur. Contact us immediately if you find your order defective or damaged or if a wrong item was received. We will evaluate and resolve any issues promptly. Where damage or defective items has been ascertained, postage cost will be borne by us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a
refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days or longer to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
